The biggest Sweat on the Ship of the year is coming May 30th, and we’re leveling this one all the way up. 🚢🔥

Picture it: hundreds of us moving together on the USS Yorktown, music pumping, summer on the horizon — a show-stopping morning of strength, community, and purpose.

This May, we’re honored to partner with Charleston Hope and The Stoney100, joining forces to raise awareness and resources for mental health in our community. Our theme for the month — Mental Health = Strength — is more than a slogan. It’s a movement. A reminder that the strongest thing we can do is show up for ourselves and each other. 💚
