Welcome to a new Nibble Kitchen collaboration! On March1st from 4-6pm, join Chef Maritza Jules and Artist Marc Elie Modan for an exciting new Paint Night Collaboration. Focusing on Haitian art, cuisine, and culture this is your classic themed Paint Night class with a twist. Let your creativity flow while Marc Elie Modan walks you through creating a distinctly Haitian piece of art all the while enjoying delicious bites from Chef Maritza Jules.

About The Chef:

Maritza comes from Haiti. She has had a passion for cooking since she was a teenager. She decided to create a food catering business and share her culture and passion with other people. For this event,she will be preparing some Haitian classics like fried plantains, Akra with Griyo(Hatian Fritters with Pork Belly), and a mocktail with passion fruit juice.

About The Artist:

Marc Elie Modan, a twenty-five years old painter, was born and raised in Haiti until he moved to America with his family in the search of a better life. He graduated High School in Somerville and quickly attended Bunker Hill community College. He started painting at a young age, He has been an abstract expressionist early on and his website https://www.marceliemordan.com/selected-work) is to showcase his artwork and share it with the world.
