Welcome to the Resolution Launch Workshops to Build Confidence and Safety Skills! Join us at Fit to Fight® Charlotte on January 17, 2026 for classes starting at 8:30am for an experience that will launch your 2026 goals!A new year doesn’t require a new personality—just a next step.Move Forward is our New Year Resolution Launch designed to help you stop waiting and start training. For a limited time, we’re opening our doors for free classes so you can experience what real self-defense training feels like: practical, challenging, and built for real life. No pressure. No gimmicks.Just training that builds confidence, capability, and momentum. If you’ve been saying “I should start,” this is where you do.

Agenda

This class focuses on practical, real-world self-defense built around awareness, decision-making, and efficient physical responses. Students train to manage common threats using simple, adaptable techniques designed for high-stress situations.
Modern Krav Maga emphasizes preparation over paranoia—building confidence, control, and the ability to act when it matters most.

Self Defense - Modern Krav Maga™ (Ages 13+)

This class focuses on striking fundamentals through boxing and kickboxing combinations designed for control, movement, and real-world application. Training emphasizes distance management, timing, balance, and decision-making—not just hitting hard.
SPARology™ builds striking skills in a structured, progressive way that supports both self-defense and overall athletic development.

Kickboxing – The SPARology™ Program (Ages 13+)

This class focuses on using jiu-jitsu principles to survive, escape, and regain control in ground-based encounters. Training emphasizes positional awareness, leverage, and efficient movement.
Students learn how to manage common self-defense scenarios from standing to the ground, prioritize safety, and create opportunities to disengage or finish the fight. 

Jiu Jitsu - Ground Fighting (Ages 13+)

Impact is a structured martial arts program designed to help kids ages 8–12 build real skills alongside confidence, focus, and self-control. Classes combine age-appropriate striking, grappling, and self-defense concepts while emphasizing respect, discipline, and problem-solving.
Students are challenged physically and mentally in a supportive environment that encourages effort, accountability, and growth—on and off the mat.

Youth Martial Arts - Impact (Ages 8-12)
