Are you ready to Turn Over a New Leaf and learn how to improve your health in mind, body and spirit? This 5 week program is designed to bring you a variety of integrative health topics presented by experts in the field.

Program dates are: Feb. 16, Feb. 23, March 2, March 9 & March 16.

Participants will receive a meal at each class along with a take home bag of groceries, and an incentive gift for attending all 5 classes. You can expect to learn about gut health, healthier food choices, ways to reduce sugar intake, ways to improve health markers, weight management, blood sugar management, chronic disease management, mental health strategies and stress management and more!

Optional labs before and after the program are also available for an additional cost of $20. Labs can help attendees gauge change in their biometric markers durign the program. See ticket options to sign up for this option.
