Jaime Van Doughty, community herbalist, massage therapist, and mother of three beautiful children invites you to join her on a saunter to explore thriving wildlife with wonder at the forefront. On the trail we will pause to identify medicinal and edible plants of the season bringing our senses to a fine focus while expanding our view of habitat and the synergy between plants, animals, people and so much more.
