What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please wear breathable, flexible clothing for yoga class. You're welcome to bring a change of clothes that you’re warm and comfortable lying down in for the sound bath meditation. Layers are a great choice! Please bring a pair of socks.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow for your head, blanket, and water-bottle. Yoga blocks are welcomed. No props will be provided.

Question 3

Do I have to lay on the floor during the sound bath?

Accepted Answer

Your choice! You're welcome to bring your own folding chair if you prefer to sit for the sound bath.

Feeling sick?

Accepted Answer

Due to the intimate nature of the space, please do not attend class if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. Attending class while sick can spread your illness to classmates. Many individuals come to this space to relax and heal, so let's be considerate of others' well-being.
