This portion is designed to be accessible and supportive for all levels, with options to modify as needed. 45 Minutes | Sound Healing + MeditationAfter movement, you’ll settle into stillness as you’re guided through an immersive sound journey using therapeutic frequencies and live instruments. The sound supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
