Join Co-Founder and Winemaker Ken Hardcastle and/or Co-Founder Bob Manley for an intimate and educational tasting experience in the Hermit Woods Wine Cellar.
This unique event offers guests a rare opportunity to explore the evolution of Hermit Woods wines — from a young, developing wine drawn straight from the barrel, to a current vintage, and finally to a beautifully aged library wine. Together, we’ll explore how time and craftsmanship shape the flavor, texture, and complexity of our wines.
Along the way, you’ll gain insight into the art and science of aging wine in both barrel and bottle, and how each stage contributes to the character in your glass.
To enhance the experience, a selection of small bites will be thoughtfully paired with the wines. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase limited-release library wines to take home — bottles rarely made available to the public.
This is a one-of-a-kind tasting for anyone who appreciates fine wine and the stories that unfold with age.
Space for this event is limited, and guests are encouraged to reserve online to ensure their spot. Walk-ins will be welcomed if space allows.
Tastings will be offered at 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM every Saturday, with each session limited to six guests for a truly personal experience.
Tickets: $50 per person, which includes:
- A guided tasting with the winery’s winemaker and co-founders
- A barrel tasting of a young wine in progress
- Three current vintages and three aged library wines of the same or similar style
