What is a gong bath?

A gong bath is a type of sound journey experience utilizing the amazing resonance of gongs.  There is an addition of a few other gentle instruments but the spotlight is the waves of vibration the gong offers to calm the mind and guide one into a meditative state.

What do I expect?

Accepted Answer

There is no previous experience required.  Participants are meant to relax in a lying down position while being immersed in vibrations of the gong and other gentle instruments.  The is a gentle, meditative experience.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Participants will be laying down for the majority of the hour.  It is suggested to bring anything that will support you in this position.  Items that are recommended:  Yoga mat/camping pad, blanket, bolsters, pillows and anything else that will create a cozy space to enjoy the experience.
