sYINergy: Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Experience

sYINergy is a yin yoga and sound experience focused on mental clarity through mind–body connection.

You’ll be gently guided into a series of long-held yin shapes, with options offered to support all bodies and flexibility levels. Props such as bolsters and blankets are used to fully support each pose, allowing the rest of your body to relax while attention settles into a specific area of stretch.

As the body slows and softens, sound is woven throughout the experience to support release and help the mind stay present. Rather than trying to quiet your thoughts, clarity emerges through sensation—by feeling what’s happening in the body and allowing the mind to follow.

sYINergy is about creating enough stillness for the body and mind to reconnect, so your thoughts feel clearer, steadier, and more aligned.

Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets are provided.  You are welcome to bring your own set-up or any other comforts you may enjoy.

Sound Bath Add-On: If you'd like, you can make a wellness morning of it and join us for Resonance Within, our signature sound bath from 915-10am.
