Will there be alcohol or drinking allowed?

Accepted Answer

Alcohol will not be available at this event due to it being hosted at an outdoor shopping mall. However, surrounding restaurants at the mall do serve food and alcohol.

What drink options will be available?

Accepted Answer

Howdy Honey Coffee will be on-site serving chai, matcha, and other specialty drinks. There is also a dirty soda shop at the mall. Since this is an open outdoor event, outside food and beverages are allowed, but no alcohol.

What are you doing to improve crowd flow compared to the last event?

Accepted Answer

This event is hosted at Station Park, an open-air outdoor venue that allows for more space, better traffic flow, and a more comfortable shopping experience for everyone.

Question 4

What do VIPs receive?

Accepted Answer

VIPs receive an exclusive swag bag, which includes a custom tote filled with bookish goodies curated specifically for the Vibrant Book Fair. VIP swag bags are picked up the day of the event.

Are tickets required to attend?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are not required, and we will not be scanning tickets at entry. We ask guests to RSVP so we can get an accurate headcount and contact attendees directly if there are any event updates.
