COMBO Class: Functional Strength Training + Restorative Yoga

Your midweek reset just got a glow-up.

If you’re craving a class that strengthens your body and soothes your nervous system — without the chaos of a gym or the ego of a fitness trend — this is your sweet spot.

Body Conditioning (30 min)
Expect a focused, fun, no-nonsense workout that builds core strength, tones your legs, and wakes up muscles you forgot you had.
Each week brings a fresh prop or technique — just enough variety to keep your body responding and your brain interested.

Restorative Yoga (30 min)
Once you’re warm, strong, and feeling accomplished, we slip into deep calm.
Slow breathing, gentle asana, and tension-melting stretches guide you back to center.
It’s the exhale your week deserves.

-This is not a gym class.
-This is not a “look perfect” space.
-This is a grounded, intimate, expertly-guided experience that has been transforming bodies and minds since 1998 — always adapting to the real women in the room, never forcing a one-size-fits-all routine.
