Kriyas are sequences that balance vitality and relaxation, elevate energy by focusing on the chakra system, and lead to greater clarity, inner wisdom and ultimately personal transformation. I weave the wisdom of awareness, stillness, and presence into all of my teachings. These classes combine talks, practice, and time for reflection and sharing.Mindful Outdoor ExperiencesA Mindful Outdoor Experience, or MOE, is a guided walk or “saunter” into natural settings, to experience the natural world in a mindful way.
