Can I make a reservation for a large group?

For parties of more than six guests, please contact us so we can arrange the best possible seating. Groups of twelve or more are encouraged to reach out to us directly to secure a reservation.

What does the VIP table experience include?

VIP table are available upon request. Contact our Events Department at events@bloomranchofacton.com
 for availability. Each VIP table includes a private buffet (excluding omelet station), mimosa station, dedicated server, group entry, and exclusive lower deck access.

Question 3

What is your refund and deposit policy?

Accepted Answer

All ticket and deposit refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. Refunds or cancellations requested within 7 days are nonrefundable. Please note that the full amount currently serves as the deposit, and partial deposits are not available at this time.

Can I reschedule my ticket to a future date that isn’t yet available?

If the date you want is not yet officially open, Bloom Ranch will refund your current tickets. Once the future date becomes available, you are welcome to repurchase your tickets.

Should I wear perfume or scented lotion?

To keep our outdoor environment enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing heavy perfumes, colognes, or scented lotions, as these scents may attract bees.
