Deep Dive Series: Exclusive Japanese Whisky Tasting

DC Sake cō presents an exclusive afteroon dedicated to exploring the rich flavors and stories behind high-end boutique Japanese whiskies!

Join us for a special afternoon exploring the world of boutique Japanese whisky, this time, at ART DC, the rooftop bar at Arlo Hotel—a year-round spot with beautiful DC skyline views. This will be a perfect setting to sip, learn, and unwind over some of the most special Japanese whiskies! In a relaxed, talk-show–style conversation, DC Sake cō will chat with Jennifer Nellis of Highroad Spirits, who will share the stories behind each whisky, insights from the distilleries, and trends shaping Japan’s boutique whisky scene. Along with special dessert bites created by the award winning chef Pepe Moncayo, and his team at Arrels, we’ll be tasting six (6) unique Japanese whiskies. Available only through limited allocations, these bottles are rarely poured collectively, but we of course wanted to create a special opportunity for our DC Sake cō 's whisky-loving community to experience them together.
