My Healing Language™ is a trauma-informed healing and education platform rooted in ancestral wisdom, ancient teachings, and embodied learning. Created by Glenda Macatangay, this work integrates science, story, culture, and the body to support individuals and communities navigating inherited trauma, relational harm, and life transitions.Through workshops, retreats, talks, and gatherings, My Healing Language offers culturally grounded practices, somatic and reflective tools, and shared language for boundaries, values, repair, and relational wellbeing—inviting healing that is lived, felt, and practiced.

It is a way of listening to the body, honoring spirit, and healing in relationship with community.In this gathering, we will learn powerful ancestral practices that support balance, grounding, healing and well-being. You don’t need any prior experience—just come as you are. This is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be held in community.Whether you are reconnecting with your roots or simply curious about traditional pre-colonial Filipino ways of healing, you are welcome here. May lakas ang sama-samang hilom. There is strength in healing together.
