Come explore climate emotions through gentle embodiment, deep listening, and guided reflection in a calm, supportive space.This week we’ll invite curiosity toward our climate emotions, overwhelm, grief, dread, or powerlessness, and gently explore how they live in the body. Using the Climate Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, we’ll map what’s happening in our nervous system and practice mirroring in pairs to foster empathy and regulation.This session is a part of a four-week experiential series hosted by <a href="https://instagram.com/thenestyu" title="https://instagram.com/thenestyu" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Nest YU</a> and facilitated by Annette Dubreuil. No prior experience is needed. All students are welcome. Location: Stong College, Room 101
