Explore climate emotions through gentle embodiment, deep listening, and guided reflection in a calm, supportive space.Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or numb about the climate crisis? You’re not alone.This week we’ll create calm, grounded containers for our shared exploration, learn to access our inner stillness and heart-centered presence through embodiment practices, and practice Focusing and connection with a place you love. This week sets the tone for trust, safety, and deep listening.This session is a part of a four-week experiential series hosted by <a href="https://instagram.com/thenestyu" title="https://instagram.com/thenestyu" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">The Nest YU</a> and facilitated by Annette Dubreuil. No prior experience is needed. All students are welcome. Location: Stong College, Room 101
