Is this an Aloma Cinema Grill event?

No. We (the Organizer) are utilizing Aloma Cinema Grill's theater for our event! You can purchase tickets in advance from us on Eventbrite. Aloma Cinema Grill does not accept any payments for admission tickets but offers a new menu with food and cocktails for purchase!

Can I purchase tickets at Aloma Cinema Grill or on their website?

Accepted Answer

No. This is an event put on by the entertainer and tickets can be purchased in advance on Eventbrite or at the door by our host on show day starting at 6:00 pm.

Is it a cashless event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can purchase tickets in advance on Eventbrite or at the door by our host at 6:00 pm on show day.

Question 4

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you need special accommodations, please contact us (the Organizer) and we will make sure the host knows.

Question 5

If we have a group that purchased tickets separately or are arriving later, can we sit together?

Accepted Answer

As long as you purchased tickets in the same section and someone comes early enough to get seats in a good spot, the host can seat you together. Booths can accommodate 2-3 people but if you come later we can’t guarantee large parties will be able to sit together.

Question 6

If my party buys more than 2 VIP Stage Table tickets, can we sit together?

Accepted Answer

No. VIP Stage Table (2 Seats) tickets cannot be sat in a group; they are 2-tops only. If 2 VIP Stage Table tickets are purchased, then up to 4 VIP Table Seat tickets can all sit together as a 6-top. Parties with more than 6 would require General Admission tickets along with the 6 VIP tickets.

If my party bought tickets in different VIP sections, can we sit together?

Accepted Answer

Changes for any VIP section ticket purchase are upon availability and can only be changed by us (the Organizer) in advance or at the door with our host (upon availability).

Question 8

Are VIP Upgrades available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you know in advance you want to upgrade your ticket and there are VIP tickets available, contact us (the Organizer) and we will make changes to your ticket purchase. If there are VIP seats available at the door, you can upgrade on a first come, first serve basis with our host (no cash).

Question 9

I’m with the band! How do I get into the event and where do I sit?

Accepted Answer

Your first name, last name and email must be on the Eventbrite Guest List in order to have a seat. Guest List seats are General Admission, first come, first serve seating (unless otherwise specified). VIP seats will need to be arranged in advance (upon availability). Identification required.

Question 10

How long does it take to get our food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

Typical wait times can be anywhere from 15-45 minutes but it depends on how many people are ordering in all 3 theaters during the event. For faster service, come early, scan the QR code on the table to order and a server will bring it out to the QR Code used. Servers can help you with any questions.

What is your Refund Policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds can be requested up to 7 days from the event and are refunded on a case by case basis. You must contact us (the Organizer) for us to issue you a refund. Aloma Cinema Grill does not collect payments for presale tickets and cannot issue refunds.
