The festival will take place from May 9 to May 10, 2026. Hours are May 9 (Saturday) from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and May 10 (Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

3. What time can attendees check in before the event?

Check-in opens 1 hour before the event start time each day.

4. What is the ticket validity and time limit?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are valid only for the specific event date selected at purchase. There is no time limit to your stay! Each ticket allows one-time entry on that day only. Re-entry is not permitted.

5. Can I change my tickets to another date?

We limit attendance each day to create a comfortable and enjoyable festival experience. As a result, tickets are valid only for the selected date and cannot be changed

Yes! As a special thank-you for coming to our event, every guest will receive a curated complimentary gift upon arrival.

7. Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 14 days before the event. If canceled by the organizer, refunds will be issued.

The Nashville Spring Festival is a rain-or-shine event. In the case of severe weather, activities may be postponed or canceled to ensure everyone’s safety.

9. Does it offer free parking?

Yes! Plenty of free parking is available for guests. You may use Chinatown’s on-site parking or the nearby lots at Nashville State Community College. For full parking details and directions, please visit the link in the overview section.

Yes! There will be plenty of seating and tables available throughout the event, so you can relax, enjoy the performances, and dine comfortably.

Unfortunately, outside food and beverages aren’t permitted, but exceptions are made for medical dietary needs and baby formula or milk for infants and toddlers

Yes, pets are allowed but must be on a leash.

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event, and we’d love for you to bring your kids to the festival. Guests age 12 and under enter free when accompanied by a ticketed adult (one adult may bring up to two children). Guests ages 13 and over must purchase a general admission ticket.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and the use of any tobacco products are not permitted.
