• ALREADY BOOKED w/MDG? If you booked your travel package directly through MemorialDayGetaway.com or NextLevel Vacations, your Party Pass is ALREADY INCLUDED. You do not need to purchase this ticket.
• EXTERNAL BOOKINGS: This listing is strictly for guests who have arranged alternate accommodations (Airbnb, other resorts, etc.) and wish to access the official MDG event schedule.

• SAT 5/23 | THE SIGNATURE: Beach Bootcamp, MDG "SPLASH" POOL PARTY 🌊, & "THE INTERNATIONAL" ALL-WHITE PARTY 🕊️.
• SUN 5/24 | THE UNWIND: MDG Boat Party 🛥️, MDG Comedy Show, & Comedy Show After Party.
• MON 5/25 | THE FINISH LINE: MDG Golf Scramble ⛳, Group ATV Excursion, & NBA Playoffs Watch Party 🏀.

NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION:

• Credential Pickup: You may pick up your credentials during Hospitality Desk hours at the host resort or at the door/gate of the main events. You MUST present a Valid Photo ID and the physical credit card used for purchase. A signature is required.
• Resort Access: Many events take place at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club. If you are not a registered guest of the resort, you must purchase a separate Resort Day Pass from the hotel front desk to gain entry to the grounds. MDG is not responsible for resort day pass pricing or capacity limits.
• Transportation: MDG provides limited shuttle transportation to all official events for ticketed guests. Refer to the final itinerary for pickup schedule and locations.
• Cash is King: While all-inclusive perks apply to resort guests, "off-resort" venues (e.g., Ocean World Marina) may experience credit card processing delays. We highly encourage guests to carry cash (USD) for food, drinks, and incidentals off-property.

OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All Sales Are Final. Party Pass purchases are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Chargeback Policy: By purchasing, the buyer agrees not to dispute the transaction with their bank. Buyers are responsible for all legal fees incurred by the Organizer to resolve disputes.

2. CREDENTIAL PROTECTION

• Treat your credentials like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. A full-price replacement ($500) is required for re-entry.

3. PROGRAMMING & TALENT

• All artist lineups and event schedules are subject to change. The Party Pass is for the total MDG experience; changes in specific performers do not entitle the holder to a refund.
• Weather: MDG is not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, acts of God, or local infrastructure issues.

4. LIABILITY & CONDUCT

• Assumption of Risk: Attendees assume all risks related to water-based activities (pools/boats) and excursions.
• Code of Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. Organizers reserve the right to eject any attendee without a refund for disruptive behavior.
• Media Release: Attendance constitutes consent to be photographed/recorded for promotional use by MDG in perpetuity.

5. EXCURSIONS

• The MDG Golf Scramble, Boat Party, ATV, and other Excursions are not included in the Party Pass and must be purchased separately.
