Blend of Porcini, Oyster, & Shiitake Mushrooms sautéed with Leek, Shallot, Fresh Rosemary & Sage, Gruyere, Pecorino Cheese, baked until golden brown

Beef Bourguignon

Shiitake Mushrooms, Beef Chuck, Bacon, Pearl Onion, & Carrots stewed with Fresh Herbs in a hearty Red Wine Beef Stock, served with Toasted French Roll
