Amy Roberts serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Partner at Dale Carnegie North Central US, bringing over 14 years of expertise as a Certified Trainer to the organization. Since joining Dale Carnegie in 2007, Amy has helped strategize and execute initiatives that have kept the organization as one of the top three teams in Dale Carnegie worldwide, earning recognition as a Top 5 Sales Manager in North America for 2013-2015. She specializes in helping teams and individuals connect, influence, and lead more effectively, with particular expertise in working with leaders in highly specialized technical positions. Amy finds her greatest joy in witnessing transformational moments when people see themselves differently, and beyond her professional achievements, she is Co-Founder of Salto, a leadership development program for young women, and serves as Board Member and Annual Campaign Chair for the Waukee YMCA.


Brooke Maass, Strategic Account Executive

Brooke Maass serves as Strategic Account Executive and Trainer for Dale Carnegie Training North Central US, bringing nearly 12 years of dedicated service since joining the organization in 2013. She specializes in working with organizational leaders to develop strategic training plans that align employees and leaders with their organization's mission, vision, and values, focusing on Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Succession Planning, and Sales Enhancement. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leisure Youth & Human Services from the University of Northern Iowa and is a Carnegie Strategic Consultant and Multi-Program Certified Trainer. Her approach embodies Dale Carnegie's core philosophy of changing how people see themselves to change their impact on the world.
