Wine Uncorked: The Basics of Bubbly - sparkling wines with Janet Beeby

Bubbles are made for celebrating—and in this tasting with sommelier Janet Beeby, you’ll sip your way through the sparkling greats: Champagne, Prosecco, Cava… and maybe a few surprises! We’ll uncover where they come from, how they’re made, and have a spirited debate over grower Champagne vs. négociant. Then, we’ll shake things up with a sparkling wine cocktail and toast to why a flute in hand is always… worth a refill. The class will feature a generous snack board to complement the wines and keep appetites happy. This is an interactive event perfect for anyone who loves bubbles, learning, and a good excuse to celebrate—no wine expertise required!
