• Royal Icing Techniques: Learn to properly flood and outline your cookies for a smooth finish, and how to achieve the perfect royal icing consistency for different details.
• Fine Detailing & Textures: Master intricate design work, including creating the quilted pattern on the handbag, adding pleats to the dress, and using edible gold paint and edible glitter to achieve that high-fashion sparkle!
