When can vendors set up? When is tear down?

Vendors will set up Friday morning, between 7:30-8:30 a.m. Booths must be removed by 5:30 p.m.

When is the S.D. Specialty Producer Association’s Annual Membership Meeting?

Accepted Answer

The SDSPA Annual Membership Meeting will be held during the Rapid City Summit on Feb. 13, 2026. A Zoom option is available for those not attending in person.  Agenda includes Board of Director Elections and grant updates. All are welcome to attend, but paid membership required to vote.

Is there a special hotel rate?

Accepted Answer

A discounted rate is available for sleeping rooms at the Crossroads Hotel. The block rate is $109.99 per night. Please contact the hotel directly at 605-352-3204 to make your reservation. Please inform them  of the Group name: SD SPA.
