Join the Army Mad Scientist Initiative and William and Mary's Whole of Government Center of Excellence for a virtual event to explore the Operational Environment implications of emerging trends from contemporary conflicts and proxy wars, as well as expanding adversarial influence and presence in the Global South and polar regions, through the lens of authoritarian collusion. This event will be held virtually through Zoomgov.com, as well as in-person at W&amp;M for local participants and W&amp;M students, faculty, and staff.Coffee and water will be provided; participants will be responsible for their own lunch plans.
