This course satisfies lender and down payment assistance program requirements for a HUD-Certified Homebuyer Education class. Certificates are issued upon completion (must attend entire course to obtain a certificate).

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Even though this is an online course, we will ask for your participation and undivided attention. Please arrange for childcare prior to attending, if necessary.
