Please wear loose fitting clothing you're comfortable laying down in. Dressing in layers is recommended; your body temperature may drop as you become more relaxed during the session.

Blankets, bolsters, and thick mats are provided for your comfort. Please bring a water bottle. Eye masks and pillows are welcome.

Due to the small and intimate nature of our studio, please do not attend class if you are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness.
