Do we need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

A journal, water, and cozy clothing is welcome. We will be sitting on yoga mats with pillows on the floor for most of the practice. Feel free to bring your own cushion.

Do we need experience?

Accepted Answer

No, all couples have experience in loving. This is designed to expand your perspective and give you new resources to enjoy your union to the fullest. Some meditation experience is encouraged.

Question 4

What if we already attended this class?

Accepted Answer

The class will have new exercises rotating each month, so there is always something new to explore. It will maintain a similar opening ritual each time to lay the foundational groundwork of Tantra.
