Can I bring my pet?

We welcome all service animals. Please notify us ahead of time if you will be bringing a service animal.   If you have a pet that could use healing, please inquire about a private sound bath.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.  You will be laying on a thick foam mat for the duration of the sound bath.

What happens during a sound bath?

Accepted Answer

During a sound bath, you lay down on a yoga mat, get comfortable, and relax while listening to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls. For about an hour, the vibrations help calm your mind, ease tension in your body, and create a deep sense of peace and renewal.

Can you accommodate groups larger than 8 people?
