In this women’s-only class, we will explore the foundations of Tao Tantric Qigong. We will be awakening, refining, and circulating our life force energy to enhance vitality, balance, and inner radiance. Through gentle movement, breath, and embodied awareness, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom and cultivate a deeper sense of power, presence, and well-being.

The temple opens monthly beginning February, every third Saturday at The Unstruck Drum Temple in Santa Rosa.

About your guide Feather Rose Marie:

Rev. Feather Rose Marie is a Tao Tantric Facilitator, Tao Tantric Qigong Teacher, and Healing Tao Instructor devoted to guiding women into the awakening of their feminine life force energy. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Taoist alchemy, her work weaves together breath, movement, and energetic cultivation practices that restore vitality, balance the nervous system, and awaken the body’s innate intelligence.
