Tampa Bay Women's Business Centre(WBC), is part of a national network of WBC's dedicated to helping  entrepreneurs to launch and grow their own businesses.Funded through the Federal office of Women's Business Ownership, our team of professionals help entrepreneurs with training and coaching in entrepreneurial readiness, business plan development, networking, strategic planning, finance preparedness, career transition and access to capital.From registering your business to hiring your first employee, we’re here to help you start and grow your local small business. Tampa Bay Women’s Business Centre is a WBC resource partner, funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Small Business Administration (SBA). The Office of Women’s Business Ownership’s mission is to establish and oversee a network of Women’s Business Centers (WBCs) throughout the United States and its territories. Through the management and technical assistance provided by the WBCs, entrepreneurs – especially women who are economically or socially disadvantaged – are offered comprehensive training and counseling on a vast array of topics to help clients start and grow their own businesses.It is currently the only WBC funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) on the West Coast of Florida serving the needs of start-ups and existing owned businesses in our area. About the Presenters:Holly A. McFall

Holly A. McFall, a Deerfield Beach native, earned both her Master of Science in Business Administration (Real Estate) and her law degree from the University of Florida in 2004. She began her legal career in Fort Myers, focusing on Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, and Corporate Law, and has remained in Southwest Florida since. Over time, she expanded her practice into Intellectual Property, with trademarks and copyrights now serving as her primary areas of focus.Holly practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Library of Congress for copyright matters. She is licensed in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is an active member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association. Melissa H. Jeda

Melissa H. Jeda, along with Holly McFall, is a founding partner of SecureMark Legal. She earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2013 and currently resides on Florida’s east coast with her husband and two sons. After a brief period as an associate, she became a partner at Miller, Hollander &amp; Jeda in 2015. Melissa is highly knowledgeable in Federal Rules and regulations and is committed to providing her clients with personalized attention to resolve their unique financial challenges.She practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Library of Congress for copyright matters and is licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
