Roll, Fold & Feast is a fun, hands-on 90-minute empanada-making experience where guests learn how to prepare, fill, and fold delicious empanadas from scratch — then enjoy the feast together. Perfect for team-building, celebrations, and food lovers of all skill levels!

What to Expect (90 Minutes)

Welcome + Introduction (10 min)
Guests arrive, get settled, and are welcomed into the Chicago Mama’s Kitchen experience. We’ll go over the flow of the class and what we’ll be making.

Empanada Making Demo + Prep
Learn the basics of empanada dough, fillings, and key techniques for flavor, texture, and assembly.

Roll + Fill + Fold
This is the main event! Guests roll out dough, add fillings, and learn classic folding techniques (with lots of tips and hands-on guidance).

Cook + Feast
Empanadas are cooked and plated while we wrap up the class and guests get ready to enjoy what they made.

Wrap-Up + Q&A + Photos
Final tips, questions, and a chance to take photos and celebrate your delicious work!
