How does a Portfolio Review Event work?

For up-and-coming creatives, a Portfolio Review entails three 15-minute sessions to showcase your book, ask for feedback, and pose career-related questions. Its an opportunity to learn how professionals interact with your work, develop your 'pitch' skills, and network within the industry.

How does this event function online?

This event is run through Zoom and our online review portal. At the start of the event, you will enter an online queue. When it's your turn to be reviewed, the portal will provide you with a Zoom link to join your reviewer's room for a 15-minute session where you will screen-share your portfolio.

How do I sign up for the review portal?

A join link will be shared from The One Club team before the event. If you have not received the join link one hour before the event, please reach out to education@oneclub.org

It's time to see where your book stands and where it can improve — and maybe land you an opportunity! Reviewees are students, recent graduates and junior professionals looking to have their book seen and reviewed.

REVIEWERS:

For this event, reviewers should have a background/experience in motion design or film.

Reviewers are mid-level+ professionals looking to provide feedback on books. Members & Corporate members looking to review books should reach out to our Membership Team at membership@oneclub.org in order to get involved.
