S L O W WAVE, which grew out of Tasja’s Slow Movement event, features a collective Meditation to start us off together in noble silence, from there we will move into a slow Movement dance set that gradually leads us to an integrating circle and quiet Sauna.These Sunday morning sets aim to help us S L O W down, connect, and restore—both within ourselves and with our communities.**Please bring a water bottle, and two towels for the sauna (one for sitting, one to dry off), sauna space is clothing optional so please bring a swimsuit if desired. 🌊💚✨🌊 ~~~ Eric ~~~ 🌊💚✨🌊 FacilitatorsEric Blasco is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide, Men’s Work Facilitator, and Clinical Mental Health student at the University of Southern Maine. His work integrates mindfulness, collective healing, somatics, and holistic health to help connect to ourselves, the land, and community.
