Nothing at all! All beds, blankets, and eye masks are provided. Just come ready to relax and enjoy the experience. Dress comfortably and bring an open mind.

Yes! We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in, enjoy a hot cup of tea, and fully prepare your mind and body for the session.

Where can I park?

Plenty of metered street parking is available nearby. A few spots are also available under the building. Allow extra time for parking.
