Is there a cost?

Accepted Answer

No! The donation is a new sweatsuit, any size, any gender, for veterans in need. In place of the sweatsuit, you can make a donation at the event you'd like.

Question 2

What should wear and bring?

Accepted Answer

Just bring yourself! Dress casually. If you have a yoga mat or a blanket, you can bring it for the gong bath so you can lie down. We do have a limited number of yoga mats and blankets.

Question 3

I'm not sure if resiliency training is for me, is this going to be physically challenging?

Accepted Answer

This is for you. In fact, resiliency training is for everybody. You will be in a welcoming and fun environment led by Chris, who is a health and wellness coach and yoga instructor with years of experience. All you need to bring is yourself and your life experience; that is more than enough.

Question 4

I'm skeptical of a gong bath. Is it an actual bath?

Accepted Answer

A gong bath is not an actual bath—it’s a relaxing experience where you lie down while the gong’s sonic vibrations and calming frequencies help reduce tension and settle the nervous system. It’s simple, practical, and an easy way to unwind and restore balance.
