Downtown Crawfish Jam 2026

The Walthall foundation is  a 501c(3) nonprofit charitable foundation created by the Hattiesburg Historic Neighborhood Association. The neighborhood set upthe foundation in 1995 for the sole purpose of restoring and preserving the Walthall School property. The Walthall Community Center and Park are owned by the neighborhood association, and not managed by the City.The average annual expenses related to the maintenance and upkeep of the Walthall Community Center and Park costs the Neighborhood Association over $10,000 annually.The space provides is an important gathering place and green space for the community and it improves the overall livability and appearance of the neighborhood. Therefore, theAssociation continue to host events like the festival in order to generate revenue.DCJ is one of several fun neighborhood events hosted by the Hattiesburg Historic Neighborhood throughout the year. It also serves as their  largest fundraiser for the Walthall Foundation.

Thank you for your interest in attend DCJ 2026. On line ticket sales have ended.  You can purchase tickets at Signs First,Tbones, and Twin Forks or purchase them at the gate.  Tickets at the gate will now be $50 for adults and $40 for Jr.(under 21 or no beer)  Kids 12 and under are free.
