Advancing Women’s Mental Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace

May 19, 2026

9:00am-10:00am

Presenter: Joelle Monaco

Location: Albany Guardian Society and virtual

Women play an essential role in today's workforce, leading teams, driving innovation, and shaping organizational culture. Yet, women continue to face disproportionate challenges to their mental health and wellbeing due to systemic inequities, emotional labor, and competing person and professional demands.

This one-hour interactive training is designed for all workplace professionals and explores how gender dynamics impact mental health across industries, providing participants with evidence-based strategies to foster resilience and organizational change.

Through data, dialogue, and reflection, participants will examine risk and protective factors, explore practical tools to enhance wellbeing, and explore leadership development opportunities that advance equity, engagement, and sustainable success.

Because when women thrive, workplaces thrive.

Key Takeaways:

  • Insight into workplace influences on women's mental health
  • Recognition of factors that shape women's wellbeing
  • Actionable steps to enhance both individual wellbeing and workplace culture
