2nd Annual Intentional Leadership Conference

Most leadership conferences leave you inspired for a moment… and overwhelmed by Monday.

The Intentional Leadership Conference is a transformational three-day experience created for Black women leaders new and tenured and the allies committed to equity in finance, tech, and corporate America. This isn’t a panel-heavy event where you collect quotes and go back to business as usual.

This is a space where you leave with real tools, clear strategy, and meaningful relationships so you can lead with authority, stay rooted in who you are, and stop carrying leadership alone.

You’ll Experience:

Across the weekend, we’ll explore cultural identity, mental health, Black hair and crown care, AI and executive presence, financial wealth, and dating and relationships. Every speaker has been intentionally tasked with weaving AI into their topic not as a trend, but as a practical leadership tool that supports clarity, confidence, and decision-making while keeping the human experience at the center.

This isn’t about fixing women. It’s about creating space for Black and Brown women to be seen, supported, and equipped to lead forward with intention and for Allies to gain tools to really show up and support us as leaders.
