What do I need to bring?

Bring a yoga mat, water, blanket and pillows as we will be lying down. Although the cold plunge is optional, please bring a swimsuit, towel, beanie( hat for warmth).

Do I need any experience?

This is a great workshop for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the power of breath while being supported by other women.
