Create a fresh vision for 2026 by mapping your life as a garden, choosing what to nourish, what to prune, and what to plant in the new year.

There are two time slot options, so you may choose to join on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST (8 PM EST) or on Thursday, January 8 at 11 AM PST (2 PM EST). Both sessions will be the same content.This workshop uses a simple and meaningful metaphor: imagining your life as a garden. It offers a grounded way to look at the year ahead by noticing what is thriving, what feels overgrown, what needs attention, and what might be ready to take root. This is designed for people who want a thoughtful, down to earth way to enter the new year without the pressure of resolutions or the usual hype.In this interactive session, you will:1. Reflect on the current landscape of your life You will map out your personal garden so you can clearly see what is working, what is draining you, and what areas have been unintentionally overlooked.2. Draw your garden No artistic skill needed. The act of sketching helps you access insight in a more intuitive and embodied way.3. Share your reflections in community You choose what to share. This portion is simply about being seen and supported while gaining clarity through reflection and conversation.4. Identify what you want to cultivate in 2026 We will explore what you want to water, what needs pruning or boundaries, and what new seeds you want to plant this year.5. Set intentions and specific actions You will leave with practical next steps that are realistic and aligned with what actually matters to you.6. Write encouragement for your future self To anchor the work, you will have the opportunity write an encouraging note to yourself, which I will schedule as an email or text message to be sent to you approximately a month after the workshop.Bring a notebook or journal, along with any drawing or doodling supplies you enjoy. Come as you are, and give yourself the space to create a year that feels nourishing and intentional.Zoom link will be made available to attendees upon registration.
