Not at all. This sound bath is beginner-friendly and open to all experience levels. You’ll be gently guided into relaxation—there’s nothing you need to “do” or know beforehand.

Is this event suitable for people with arthritis or joint pain?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This experience was intentionally designed with the arthritis and mobility community in mind. You’ll be encouraged to rest in a comfortable position that supports your body, with no physical movement required.

Will I need to sit on the floor the entire time?

Accepted Answer

No. Participants are welcome to choose a resting position that feels best for them. Seated or supported options are welcome, and accommodations can be made as needed.
