CLASS BY ASSOCIATION offers cocktail enthusiasts an opportunity to delve deeper and refine their knowledge of cocktails. Classes explore bar basics, tools and techniques as well as individual spirits, their history and use in classic and contemporary cocktails.
The Association hosts the one-hour class every Fridays & Saturdays from 8pm-9pm.
All classes are $45 per person and include:
• 1-hour PRIVATE cocktail class
• Tasting of 3-4 craft cocktails
• Social Hours 9-10:30pm with special cocktail pricing
For optimized enjoyment, we limit classes to 25 seats.
Registration is required for participation. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for different dates.

SATURDAY 4/4 - TEQUILA You've been drinking the wrong tequila, let us show you the way. Here we discuss the different aging processes and flavor profiles that makes this spirit one of the most popular in the world… and for good reason.
FRIDAY 4/10 - FIRE Our most popular class, here we will show you the secrets of our famous old fashioned on fire, as well as other techniques to impress all your friends at your next party. We’ll bring the fire extinguishers.
SATURDAY 4/11 - LA COCKTAILS Los Angeles isn't just home of Tiki drinks it’s also the birthplace of some of the greatest drinks ever made. This class will concentrate on the best new drinks coming out of the city of angels and all of the classics that put us on the map for bars worldwide.
FRIDAY 4/17 - DESSERT COCKTAILS If you have a sweet tooth and love to drink your sugars this class is for you. We will look into some old school, new and original after dinner drinks. (Dairy warning)
SATURDAY 4/18 - COFFEE Espresso martinis are all the rage nowadays... learn about this and other delicious coffee inspired cocktails you'll love.
FRIDAY 4/24 - POOLSIDE This class is all about fun in the sun! We showcase the most refreshing drinks to pair with a day outside by the pool. With the cocktails we show you here, your next pool party will be sure to have people cooling off in style.

SATURDAY 5/16 - SPICY 🌶 Love your spicy cocktails? There's more out there than just spicy margaritas. Learn about some of the most popular spicy cocktails of today.
FRIDAY 5/22 - MEZCAL A look at our neighbor to the south and their amazing, artisanal, magical spirit of Mezcal (the origins of tequila), and all it's different varietals.
