Soul-Centered Yoga & Breathwork Led by Maria Victoria (Marvy) Begin your morning under the open sky. Marvy, a movement specialist with 15+ years of experience, will lead a fusion of Hatha alignment and powerful Kundalini breathwork. Drawing from her background in dance education and sacred life transitions, she will guide you through a flow that emphasizes functional fitness, intuitive dance, and the "divinity within."

Plant-Based Alchemy & Tasting Led by Estela WindWalker Delgado, M.S. Experience the "Ukupacha" philosophy. Estela, a Lifestyle Wellness Coach and Master of Science (FIU), will demonstrate live food preparation using ingredients sourced directly from our community garden.
