That's exactly why we build flexibility into every goal. You can catch up via recordings, and we explicitly plan for "survival mode" weeks.

Will I have to exercise or follow a meal plan?

Absolutely not. You create YOUR goals based on YOUR life. If physical wellness goals include movement, they're goals YOU choose that feel good to YOUR body.
