Afternoon Activation Sound Bath

Take an hour to realign your mind, body, and energy through the power of sound.

Join us for an immersive, heart-centered sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments designed to calm the nervous system, open the chakras, and restore inner harmony.

You’ll be guided through intentional breath and relaxation as frequencies wash over you, clearing stagnant energy and inviting balance, peace, and clarity.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, and a journal if desired.

This is a sliding-scale, community-based event - minimum donation $11, suggested $33.

Our “Take What You Need, Leave What You Can” drive will be active during each session, accepting non-perishable food items and toiletries to support local outreach initiatives.
