Second Sunday Sound Bath

Every second Sunday, please join us for a reiki infused sound bath lovingly created by Kim, hosted at Nourishing Journey, LLC in Columbia, MD. Take this opportunity to meditate and explore the inner workings of your mind, release emotional blockages and enjoy the rejuvenating vibrations that reverberate from the bowls.

Bring your yoga mat to lay, water and your journal if desired. Eye masks are available if you want to cover your eyes, or bring one from home if you prefer. Chair seating is available with prior notice.

Every Second Sunday Sound Bath has a “Take what you need, leave what you can” food drive and is offered at a sliding scale rate. Suggested donation $33, minimum $22. If you are in need of additional financial assistant please contact manifestationmakers@gmail.com to book or for any questions
