Join us for a chill coworking session where you can focus and get things done alongside a supportive community!

We’re trying something new for the Refresh DC community — a relaxed, structured coworking session we’re calling Focus Flow. This is a small pilot to see whether coworking meetups are something our community wants more of.The idea is simple: give people intentional, protected time to get things done — work, job searching, reading, creative projects, learning, anything.You’ll be surrounded by others who are also heads down and making progress. No pressure, no performance — just a motivating, quiet environment with a little bit of structure to help you stay on track.<h3>What to expect</h3>🎯 Set your intentions or goals Privately or aloud, decide what you want to accomplish during the session.🍅 Guided focus blocks We’ll use longer focus periods with breaks in between. Some sessions may experiment with Pomodoro-style intervals; others might be more flexible.👋🏼 Supportive group energy You’re working individually, but not alone. The accountability comes from simply being around others who are focused too.<h3>What to bring</h3><ul><li>Laptop, charger, notebook</li><li>Headphones</li><li>A goal or project you want to move forward</li></ul>We aren't officially reserving space at a.cafe, so seat availability is on a first come, first served basis. Purchasing a drink or snack from the cafe is encouraged.
