Overview

Landscapes can be beautiful and functional. Learn to grow edible plants among your ornamentals.

Edible plants aren’t just for the vegetable garden. Learn how to incorporate food crops into your landscape. We will discuss which plants work best for edible landscaping and what some of the requirements are for interplanting them with your ornamentals.


The class and demonstration will be held Thursday, July 16th from 6:00p.m to 7:00pm at The Mebane Public Library: 101 S 1st St, Mebane, NC 27302. Taught by NC Extension Master Gardener℠ volunteers of Alamance County.


The class is free but registration is required.
